We are seeking a talented and experienced Chemical Production Data Analyst who will be responsible for maintaining accurate records and documentation related to Element Chemical production. This role involves data entry, tracking production metrics, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with company data & inventory tracking requirements. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, excellent logic skills, computer knowledge, organizational skills and a background in chemical production or manufacturing environments.

  • Data  Entry & Accuracy: Review Production Batch sheets for accuracy and compliance requirements.  Accurately enter and update production data, including chemical quantities produced, Lot numbers, raw materials  consumed, and other relevant metrics into NetSuite and/or spreadsheets as     required.
  • Printing  & Paperwork Management: Supplying printed material such as pick tickets, batch tickets,  labels and other supporting documentation to the supervisors for successful production.
  • Production  & Raw Material Reporting: Compile and generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports for  production output, inventory levels, utilization reports and other performance indicators as required by management. Monitor &  report on bulk raw material inventory levels and report discrepancies Warehouse Manager.
  • Production  Recordkeeping: Scan, maintain and organize all production-related documentation, production   logs, batch records, and related documentation.
  • General Production Support: Work with Production Manager and Production Scheduler as needed to communicate issues, complete small projects and provide backup where possible.
     
  • Knowledge of ERP or production management software
  • Song proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.).
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle and manage large amounts of data with accuracy.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with chemical production processes and materials handling is a plus.
     
     
       
     
       
     

Desired Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalentrequired. An associate degree or coursework in chemistry, manufacturing, or arelated field is a plus.
